If you can control the emotions, then you can create a very happy life. Once in the morning you can not wake up and claim yourself happy. It is your strength to rely on your regular habits and lifestyle, this energy is your happiness! According to Tol Ben-Shahar, associate professor of the Harvard Psychology Department, it is known that a heartbeat can be made to avoid negative behavior and emotions.
